How does syncing work?
PetPill uses your personal iCloud account to sync data across all your Apple devices automatically. We never see your data.
Can my family help manage medications?
Yes! With PetPill Pro, you can share a pet's medication schedule with family members via iCloud. When anyone logs a dose, everyone sees it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual pets, medications, or dose logs within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage.
